The customisation potential of the Ford EcoSport was showcased by the company at the Sao Paulo motor show in Brazil, with three separate design exercises exhibited by Ford’s South American design department, each dubbed as the Storm, Beauty and Beast concepts.
With design cues inspired by the Ford F-150 Raptor truck, the first thing that’s bound to catch your attention on the Storm concept is the front grille, which is a carbon copy of the one found on the Raptor – complete with bold Ford letterings – plus a striking shade of Blue Storm paint with black accents and stylised vinyls.
Further steps taken to enhance the presence of the Storm concept is the addition of widened wheel arches with matching plastic body cladding, a front engine guard and black 15-inch wheels shod in 215/75 off-road tyres. The other two design exercises strive to highlight the difference between luxury and performance.
The Ecosport Beauty concept showcases what a luxury-oriented variant of the car could look like. Painted in a shade of matte metallic called Copper Stardust – which possesses a copper hue – along with a black roof and contrasting details help add to the visual effect.
LED fog lights and 18-inch wheels, wrapped in tyres measuring 235/40, complete the exterior enhancements. Inside, four individual seats are featured, with DVD screens embedded into the headrests and a GPS-enabled multimedia system.
Lastly, the Beast concept prioritises performance with the addition of air intakes and 235/60 tyres wrapping 18-inch wheels. Pearlescent white called Speed White, contrasting blue and orange accents, LED fog lights and a bold three-bar front grille ensure it stands out. Bike racks replace the rear seats in the Beast concept.

Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
Ford Ecosport is a disgrace. It is in between segments. Looks like between A and B. Reminds me of the Kembara that can overturn.
I think this will be the new Kembara. And you can see many overturned Ecosports on the road. Turn a sharp bend on just 80KM also can turn over like a turtle like the famous Kembara.
Better change name to Ford EcoOverTurn
OMG…another beauty and the BEAST story here…lol
Isnin, 03/11/2014.

KR1M – Kencing Rakyat 1Malaysia.
Perodua Viva price already reduce. Hidup BN!
Price too high … else can see more such car on our road ! Wasted! Wasted! Wasted!
OMG…another alien on the road. yucks…
looks like one of those oversized insects u see at the bottom of an old tree…
meh… its still a cold dish after all.
Owner would trolling some Ecosport haters by revving in traffic light and ask for race.
Ford Malaysia is doing it right, these chicks are hot :)
But the car…… it’s so cute, especially the front. Well, that explains a lot why those chicks are hot lol!
The one car that Matt from Carbuyer really, REALLY hated. IIRC he said that even the Ford Transit (big panel van/delivery van, like a supersized Vanette) handles better than this.
Still the rear door open the wrong way for our country.
