Proton 3S centre in Pasir Gudang gets new look

Kulis Auto Sdn Bhd, one of Proton’s biggest 3S centres in Pasir Gudang, Johor and an authorised dealer for the past nine years, has been updated with a new look, featuring Proton’s new logo from the rebranding exercise it underwent last year.

The facility features a customer lounge, meeting room, Astro television and free high-speed WiFi, while the service centre’s eight service bays can service up to 15 cars a day.

With an initial building cost of RM5 million, the 3S centre has been serving customers in Johor Bahru as well as surrounding areas, including Kota Tinggi, Plentong, Johor Jaya, Masai and Ulu Tiram.

Proton is realising a transformation plan which includes updating the corporate identity of all authorised outlets. Recently it upgraded its Sungai Petani, Kedah facility to a 4S centre.

The national carmaker is also offering a special My PROTON Family promotional package, which allows current Proton owners to buy another Proton car with a 5% loyalty discount. All new cars come with three years’ free service and up to five years’ warranty.

“The offer is also extended to the Proton car owner’s father, mother, spouse and children. This means that their next Proton car does not necessarily have to be registered under the existing customer’s name,” Proton Edar CEO Norzahid Mohd Zahudi said.

Proton currently operates 270 service outlets nationwide, 16 of which have been upgraded to 4S centres. A total of 47 outlets have begun opening seven days a week; the rest will gradually follow suit by January.

Customers can call Proton We-Care at 1800 888 398 or visit www.proton.com for the list of participating outlets.

        3 S stands for ” SEXY,SEDAP,SYIOK” .
Proton at all these showroom redeco, sportivos, designs, price reductions again as 2014 comes to a close.
The Iriz is the only lone fighter now apart from the other models, but watch out…there are too many bad reviews now especially on the IRIZ CVT gearbox sourced from Punch Powertrain.
Proton could end up with sales of 140K units as 2014 draws to a close.
The production of Iriz for NOV and Dec could not match the socalled 30k bookings received.
