The fourth-gen Hyundai Accent RB has been facelifted for 2015 in the US – albeit rather mildly. Slightly changed are the front grille (the horizontal bar), head and tail lamps, and new are 16-inch alloys and three body colours including Vitamin C, Pacific Blue and Misty Beige.
Inside, you’ll find a new high-contrast LCD screen for better legibility, new fabric patterns in beige, grey and black, plus an outside temperature display within the instrument panel.
Also, a Popular Equipment Package is offered on the GLS sedan, giving you an adjustable steering wheel with audio switches, cruise control, Bluetooth hands-free and a sliding armrest storage box.
Power comes from the same 138 hp/166 Nm 1.6 litre Gamma GDI four-cylinder petrol engine. Manual and auto gearboxes are available, both with six speeds. GLS sedan, GS hatch and Sport hatch (used to be called SE) variants are available.

is accent still on sale in malaysia? hardly see any…
It’s kinda disappointed with Hyundai Malaysia for not bringing and stop selling this model in Bolehland.. They should bring this model to compete with Vios and City, instead bringing the high end model like Genesis…
Why SD din bring the curent Accent to Malaysia? Considering the old model are plenty on the road this current Accent may have a good slice on B segment market here..if only they price it like they price their Elantra.
1. based on past history
2. based on current trending
3. based on market research and strategy planning
… if they know they cannot cari makan in B segment, its not worth the effort. especiall when one is targeting 10% of non-national B segment and yet, 95% goes to vios, city and almera. with remaining 4% to other non-mainstream models like Polo sedan, Kia Rio and maybe Mitsu Attrage… so the balance 1% is not well justified to go with PnL.
The pricing of the Accent is quite close to the lower Specs Vios and even a bit more than the Almeera, granted that the perception of the ‘bodoh’ Malaysians who thinks that Korean cars are 2nd in quality to the Japs. So how to sell? Tak laku-lah.
Hyundai cars r thirsty beast.. I wouldn’t buy such car.. Can afford petrol
