2016 Lexus LX 570 Modellista bodykit debuts in Japan

For those who somehow think that the recently unveiled 2016 Lexus LX 570 facelift is not attention grabbing enough, Modellista has unveiled a bodykit package for the big SUV. As far as bodykits go, this one is pretty subtle – which is a good thing, given the standard car’s bold looks.

The pack includes lower skirts all-around, adding to the updated LX’s already considerable visual mass. The front, sides and rear all gain body extensions with prominent satin chrome highlights to match the massive spindle grille frame.

Customers and opt for the rear bodykit alone, or pair it with an optional sports exhaust kit with chrome outlets. The wheels, meanwhile, can be upgraded to 22-inch items with Dunlop Grandtrek PT3A all-weather tyres.

The Modellista add-ons are only available in Japan for now, priced at 183,600 yen (RM6,500) for the bodykit set, 302,400 yen (RM10,750) for the exhaust kit and 594,000 yen (RM21,100) for the wheels. The base vehicle itself costs a cool 11,000,000 yen (RM391,350) in its home market.
