Whenever Mercedes-Benz decides to make a TV commercial, it truly is the “best or nothing.” Here we have the G brigade – in this case the G stands for Gelandewagen, which is a German term for an off-road vehicle.
In this epic TV commercial, we have big wave surfer Garrett McNamara with the GLA, Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton with the GLE Coupe, show jumping champion Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum with the GLE, supermodel Petra Nemcova with the GLC and intrepid explorer Mike Horn with the iconic G-Class.
“Where others see a storm, he sees the perfect wave. When some give up, he finds another gear. Where others are facing obstacles, she finds a way through. Where some take the beaten track, she leads the life less ordinary. When others reach the end of the road, he starts the adventure,” goes the voice-over.
It end with the line, “where others see a legendary off-roader, we see a new generation. The new Mercedes-Benz SUVs. Make the best of every terrain.” Enjoy the video.

Woot they should have waited for the GLS to launch then we would have the complete family of SUVs.
This is what I call lazy design..
All the car practically look the same except for the G.
You should check the BMW catalog. I slept while reading it.
Good try Mercedes but in SUV category, you are dead last.
G always be my favourite…
I’m not a big fan of Merc’s SUV range but the G 6X6 is monstrous & head turner! although in some countries you need a lorry license to drive that six-wheeled beast
