What would the outcome be if Lexus ever decides to venture down that path? Leave it to car design manipulator, Theophilus Chin to come up with the first blueprint. In this piece, Theo splices together a Lexus LX 570’s entire front onto a Toyota Tacoma body.
He christened it the Lexus LXT, and boy, does it look fierce. The massive spindle grille does help to add to that effect, if we may say so ourselves. However, it doesn’t appear to be as imposing when viewed with that long tray in the back. One thing that it could do without is that protective front lip, though.
In any case, we do now know that the facelifted Lexus LX 570 will be making its way to Malaysia soon, to take on the equally-V8-powered Infiniti QX80. If this beast of a truck ever gets made, would there be any buyers here?
