We now have fuel prices for the month of July 2016, and it has been confirmed that RON 95, RON 97 and diesel will all go up starting tomorrow, July 1. Previously, fuel prices have been maintained since April 2016.
For July 2016, RON 95 is priced at RM1.75 per litre (up 5 sen compared to June 2016), RON 97 at RM2.10 per litre (up 5 sen), diesel at RM1.60 per litre (up 5 sen) and Euro 5 diesel at RM1.70 (up 5 sen).
Those who are looking to fuel up with Petron Blaze RON 100 will now have to pay RM2.70 per litre (up 10 sen), while Shell V-Power Racing users will pay RM2.65 per litre (up 10 sen).

This is no surprise. Cause Government got no money. They need as much money to support big boss lifestyle. For example, they bought big boss a brand new plane for RM500 million despite big boss having 5 planes in the hangar already. Then they spend another 30 million to put more posher and softer leather seat for big boss.
The Big boss also sewa one private plane for RM98 million despite having 5 private planes ready to take her.
So, Government need all the money now to pay for all these luxury holidays and planes for big boss.

Don’t worry, we tax the children’s duit raya. Instead of the usual RM10, we give only RM9 or less.

Hmmmmph….if gov do not raise the fuel price, some will say it is because to please people going for raya. When gov raise the fuel price, some will say gov inconsiderate due to festive season…throw in the election to the equation as well…hard to pleased la all of these peoples…petrol prices globally are rising again. Face the fact that petrol price will increase again. Do some homework, and you’ll know that petrol price has been slowly rising since April this year…be prudent, and prepare for it. You yourself is in control of your spending, be wise and smart about it…

It is good to look at fuel price fluctuations, whatever the reasons, NOW or in the short-term. In the middle/long term I don’t see much future for fossil fuel and maybe one of the reasons why Saudi Arabia is realigning their economy from oil. BTW, oil including palm oil affects many industries not only Auto.

Only 5 cents increase & everybody go crazy. The world oil price went up pass $50 last month, as a graduate petroleum engineer, the market’s stability is our concern. We cant get any work, most of us have to change their career path and they hated it. People getting retrenched in the industry. At least with this it gives us a little hope.
I know, every cents counts, i really understand the situation, all of us have tight budget especially when it comes to festive seasons. Drive safe guys!

Would like to confirm does Ron 95 after Raya comes with GST ? Shell charge GST for RON 95 today 9th July. could not some one advice where can I get more details on this please. All this while Ron 95 no GST !
