Already a formidable performance SUV, the Porsche Macan Turbo in standard guise offers 400 hp and 550 Nm of torque, sending it from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds (4.6 with Sport Chrono), and onwards to a top speed of 266 km/h.

Now with the new Performance Package, the factory-enhanced Macan Turbo’s muscle is fortified to the tune of 440 hp and 600 Nm of torque, 40 hp and 50 Nm more than before. The century sprint is now reduced by 0.4 second to 4.4 seconds, and its top speed has been raised by 6 km/h to 272 km/h. With Sport Chrono included as standard in the Performance Package, Sport Plus mode hastens the 80-120 km/h acceleration benchmark to 2.9 seconds, an improvement of 0.2 seconds.

The Performance Package brings chassis upgrades, too. Front brake disc diameter is now 390 mm, 30 mm larger than the standard Macan Turbo, and the uprated discs are gripped by six-piston calipers. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) lowers the Macan Turbo 15 mm from before, while the 10 mm-lower optional air suspension (a lowering margin 5 mm less than on PASM) offers self-levelling and ride height adjustment.

Visually setting the Performance Package-equipped Macan Turbo from lesser variants is the Turbo Exterior package, which includes 21-inch wheels in the 911 Turbo design, LED main headlights with PDLS Plus and black styling elements. The theme carries on inside with the Turbo Interior Package, bringing a black leather interior with Alcantara elements, colour appliqué and carbon-fibre elements in various places, and door entry guards with logo illumination.

Waste of money to buy Porsche now. They all use 100% cheater VW parts. You are buying a VW with a Porsche Emblem.

Macan and Cayenne are built even on the Tuareg and Tiguan platforms.

But in overseas, VW and Porsche more or less same price. So, no big deal. But in Malaysia Porsche is many times the price of VW. So you must be bodoh to pay for a VW in Porsche disguise so much of money

This is what happenned when your brain and your finger did not synchronise and you let your finger do the most major damage. Porsche is deemed as sports luxury car makers whereas VW is people’s carrier.

    Go figure it out yourself!
