In conjunction with the celebration of the McLaren P1’s fifth anniversary, the British carmaker is pleased to introduce yet another downsized version of its halo hypercar. Much like the P1 electric Ride-On that was released last year, the new “model” also embraces a new form of propulsion – foot power.
As the manufacturer points out, the “car” is an “alternative-fuelled version, powered purely by feet attached to a human motor aged less than three years old.” The new model joins the existing full-size P1, the Ride-On version and the Tecnomodel collectible.
To better understand the expanded P1 range, McLaren has prepared a short film to compare the four sizes of the model, along with their respective forms of propulsion. As human opinion varies, you’ll have to decide which one is best.
Those interested in the P1 ‘foot-to-floor’ edition will be glad to know it is priced at just 35.99 British pounds (RM199.59), and unlike the version that requires petrol to move, you can still get one even after the first 375 units are sold.
