The Mercedes-Benz X-Class is a fairly recent addition to the German brand’s line-up, but that hasn’t stopped the likes of Prior Design from coming up with bodykits and wheel sets for the Stuttgart marque’s first light pick-up truck.
Starting at the front, the PD400 widebody aerokit gives the X-Class a more aggressive face with much larger vents housed within the front bumper, with a strip of DRL LEDs on each side complementing the headlamp cluster. There are also vents at the bumper’s edges, which lead to wheel arch extensions as seen on this setup.
Along with the wheel arch extensions front and rear, the Prior Design X-Class also appears to get a choice of PD3 forged wheels – a road-biased setup with low-profile tyres, and another with chunkier, off-road capable tyres more typical of a pick-up truck. Around the back, the redesigned rear bumper incorporates a pair of exhaust cutouts bookending a diffuser, for a sportier look.
What do you think of the Prior Design kit for the Mercedes-Benz X-Class pick-up truck? Would this work for the urban warrior-type of X-Class user?
