Tan Chong opens new Nissan 3S centre in Seremban

Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM), together with Seremban Victory Credit, have launched a new Nissan 3S centre in Seremban to cater to customers in Negeri Sembilan.

The 3S centre covers a total build-up area of 12,000 square feet and was built with an investment of RM10 million. It features a display area for up to eight Nissan models, 13 service bays capable of accommodating 40 vehicles a day, and a vehicle delivery bay.

Customers will also get to enjoy a comfortable waiting lounge with Wi-Fi access and a children’s playroom. There’s also a one-stop centre to cater for those who require insurance and hire purchase services.

“We are pleased to present you the new Seremban Victory Nissan 3S centre, with an improved, larger, and more accessible 3S centre to fulfil the needs of the Seremban community. With the additional facilities, we will be able to provide our customers with a complete Nissan experience all under one roof”, said Trevor Tham Lin Sing, director of Seremban Victory Credit.

“As the state capital of Negeri Sembilan, Seremban’s economic and human capital growth has been steadily growing. It is crucial for us to make our presence even stronger here in Seremban, and support Nissan owners with a Nissan 3S centre that complies with Nissan’s global retail standards”, said Christopher Tan Kok Leong, sales and marketing director at ETCM.

It is world class. Problem is, in Malaysia, ETCM’s application to bring in new cars have always been rejected by MITI. MITI always want to protect GLC DRB and UMW cars which is Honda and Toyota

Well, all that changes. Now New Government. MITI will act fairly. Previously, ETCM trying so hard to bring down Nissan Qashai. Europe’s best selling SUV. Always rejected by MITI

Once Qashai comes down and far cheaper than CRV and CX5, we will have healthy competition

Hehehe. Dahlah Xtrail xleh jual, angan-angan ingat Qashqai boleh jual ke? Balik belajar teknik jualan lebih baik. Skil jualan teruk, kereta teruk, harga teruk, dan servis macam cilaka, tapi last-last pulak salahkan MITI. Patutlah prestasi sentiasa ke-4/5, tak pernah renung dimana silapnya.

The issue is that some car brands used to treat Seremban as a small town and that the customers do not know their rights thus sending their low grade service managers over. These managers feel the customers owned them a living. They throw tantrums when customer present them with car issue that needed efforts and dedications to solve.
