The Bentley Bentayga is no stranger to the field of ultra luxury SUVs. It was the first gargantuan SUV to hit the 300 km/h mark, a feat that spurred the creation of many rivalling SUVs like the Lamborghini Urus and arch rival Rolls-Royce Cullinan. More are on the way, but that’s a story for another day.
For now, let’s shift our attention to the elephant in the room. This particular unit of the Bentayga is finished in a paint called Hallmark, which is one of at least 90 different colours on offer. It’s suitably decked out in a 12-piece carbon-fibre bodykit (among others), and the cabin perfectly exemplifies the word opulence.
Under the bonnet is a twin-turbocharged 6.0 litre W12 engine that makes 600 hp and 900 Nm of torque. It completes the century sprint in a blistering 4.1 seconds before topping out at 301 km/h. Not bad for an SUV weighing 2,422 kg, right?
For pricing, this exact configuration will set you back at RM2.3 million before insurance, or at least that’s what it used to cost before SST kicked in. Find out what the Bentley Bentayga W12 has to offer in our walk-around video above. Tell us, are you a fan of the way it looks? Let us know in the comments section, and don’t forget to check out the detailed shots below. Enjoy!
