Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has officially launched the Volkswagen Cares application, available for iOS and Android phones. Designed to enable the brand to engage its customers and improve the ownership experience, the app offers a variety of sales and aftersales features.
Owners can simply create an account and input their VIN number to access the service offers, owner rewards and updates on VPCM events on the app, and they can also browse educational videos and tips for their VW there. There’s also a shortcut to VPCM’s 24-hour roadside assistance hotline.
Non-owners can also utilise the app as there are sales offers, Volkswagen video content and event updates for them to view. The Volkswagen Cares app is available to download now on the App Store for iOS users, and the Google Play store for Android users.

Considering how poor is the reliability of VW cars in Malaysia, this apps is I assumed will be very useful to all VW owner.
I think Proton should have an app for Proton cars to show how fast the RV drop.
Then Proton owners wont really get a shock after 1 year
I also think Perodua should have an app for Perodua cars to show how dangerous when accident.
Then Perodua owners wont really get a shock after 1 year.
