Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) recently introduced its first authorised dealership in Sabah, a 3S centre in Inanam on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu, operated by Kota Bumi. It serves customers within the area as well as in Menggatal, Lintas, Kolombong, Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran and Sepanggar, and brings the total number of VPCM dealerships nationwide to 18.
Acting as a one-stop centre for Volkswagen owners in the East Malaysian state, the three-storey facility provides sales and aftersales services, including diagnosis, repairs and maintenance. It has space for two display vehicles and four service bays, staffed by three experienced aftersales staff that are capable of servicing up to 16 cars daily.
Other services offered by the Inanam centre include insurance and vehicle trade-ins, road tax renewals, engine overhauls and 24-hour breakdown assistance. It will also provide a pick-up and delivery service to customers upon request, along with a free car wash. The Volkswagen Kota Bumi 3S Centre is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
