010 - Celcom
011 - Atur 450
012 - Maxis
013 - Celcom
015 - Jaring
016 - Digi
017 - Maxis
018 - Telekom Wireless In Local Loop
019 - Celcom
Note that 015 and 018 aren’t mobile phone networks.
