Google has launched a free Wi-Fi service in San Fransisco. Together with it’s Wi-Fi service, it has also launched a free VPN service so that Wi-Fi users can encrypt their over-the-air data.
Since their e-mail service is called Gmail, I wonder why they didn’t name their Wi-Fi hotspot G-Spot.

cool, wonder when TM net will provide higher speed with cheaper cost… some rumous said going to increase price to lower standard package… anyone has info on this…

configure your modem setting
install the dialer

I’ll go check it out when I drive into San Francisco this Saturday. Just got into Sunnyvale, CA. Rented a Chrysler PT Cruiser - funky car! w00t!

Yes, bcoz the G had raised concern over low awareness and subscribers of broadband services. The G will break the monopoly by giving opportunities to a few other companies. For the time being, only 1% of the Msian population is subscribing to broadband services. What a pity? In 5 years time, China, India , Thailand and Indo will overtake us in the IT savvy ratio, therefore our labour and professionals will be obselete in terms of IT compatitiveness.
TM actually is going to lower the price, extended coverage, faster and in turn will attract more subscribers.
