Remember Sixshot, that Transformers robot which could transform into 6 different forms? When I saw this video, I was reminded of him. Here’s another Nissan ad, promoting it’s trucks’ offroading capabilities. I like the 3D.
What to say le…?Nissan wo….Nissan will always be Nissan.Serious manufacturer with no nonsense.Reliable.Even my ‘84 Nissan Sunny 130Y till today still running. No overhaul and still a threat to Iswaras.Damn Nissan.Almost perfect.
Wow, if this isn’t cool, I don’t know what is! I am thoroughly impressed by the concept and execution, the idea, the 3d animation; it’s simply fabulous. Definitely a good ad, it impresses you and gets the message across! Thanks for posting this one Paul!
Seriously, the Nissan brand was certainly the ‘top-cat’ of the 70′ & 80s. I still remember seeing a 130Y (engine tweaked) racing a Mazda RX7 for a sprint run down a 2KM road and the 130Y was just 1 lamp post behind when they reach the end…. back then it was really impressive !
Maybe Nissan should do some down to earth ads to get there realiable and sturdy brand back to the people’s heart. But some how they are into the ‘transformer’ bit just like the Sentra ad. where the sexy gal turns into a security guard ! TRANSFORMER GOooooo ! errrr…… thudercats ! gooooo……
