The latest generation of the Fiat Bravo hot hatch will be presented to media in Rome on the 29th of January 2007, and will go on sale in the following weeks in Europe first, and in the UK in summer.
The new Fiat Bravo was styled by the Fiat Style Centre. You can see it still carries on key Bravo signature design cues, like the circle pattern in the tail lamps. There are also similiar cues to the Mercedes Benz B-Class to be seen in the side profile. The new Bravo is a five-door compact hatch 434 centimetres long, 179 cm wide and 149 cm high, with a wheelbase of 2.6 metres, and a loading capacity of 400 litres.
Engine options consist of two variants of 1.9 litre MultiJets putting out 120hp and 150hp, an economical 1.4 litre making 90hp as well as two 1.4 litre T-JET turbocharged petrol engines making 120hp and 150hp.
With the new Bravo also comes a new Fiat corporate logo, derived from the famous shield that adorned the front of Fiat cars from 1931 to 1968, with the vertically elongated letters of the word FIAT standing out against a ruby red background, encased in a chromed frame. Have a look at an larger image of the new Bravo’s grille showcasing the new Fiat corporate logo after the jump, as well as more photos of the new Fiat Bravo.

I simply adore the new FIAT logo. Full of character and so different…FIAT is on the rise!
yes….nice stlying car….. but the grill looks to smily for my taste….should just put one Fiat logo on the front bonnet……plus small lettering T-JET keke overall not bad at all
This is absolutely a pure breed bella! I'm driving an good ol' bravo myself!

CRISP LINE , BEAUTIFULLY SCULPTURED, GRATING GRILLE,
that what i call ITALIAN……………
(whats that fishy face at the rear?)
well….. save it until we see in open..(bravo always has that kind of notion ….organic rear end)
the rear windows are very small…
Mama Miaaaaaaaaaa!
This car so beautiful!
Classic looks with modern touch.
Muahhh!

From the side, it looks like Satria Neo!!

Now this is a Fiat! Sharp-looking! Nice car, it looks awesome!
looks a bit fat, more slim more better
Very nice. Easy on the eyes. As sexy as a lingerie model without the lingerie ;)
As expected of the company that owns 56% of Ferrari.
Once again, Italians show the world how to design a car.
The new Bravo should compete with the Golf class.
The grill looks abit retarded.. but overall.. splendid.. and whoeva said that the side looks like a neo ought to be shot.. haha..
Like the logo, love the car. I just hope the quality of the fabrication is as good as the design.
nice frm fiat…still gt the nice dsg profile of grande punto in this bravo…nice…BRAVO…btw…dis car will b cheaper than his sibling, alfa 147 in bolehland…the price mbe will b around honda civic n ford focus…
One of the interesting things about the car that Fiat hasn't been mentioning in the press releases is that it was developed in 18 months, ann by an outside company in Austrioa – Magna-Steyr.
The Stilo – concieved-to-kill the Golf and the car the Bravo replaces – was dead in the water and a huge draw on Fiat's resources since the company had staked a lot on wide-ranging acceptance of the Bravo due to it's importance to the Fiat in a very large, high-margin market segment. So Fiat took tenders from a number out oustide consulting firms to handle the vehicle development on a contractual basis. Industry gossip was that it'd automatically go to Pinninfarina, Bertone, ItalDesign or Stola, as the "local" boys in the game, but it didn't shake out like that.
Fiat had placed an 18-month time limit on the project which the above-mentioned companies all said was "impossible". This is where Magna-Steyr got the gurnsey, since their response to the tight schedule was "okay". They charged more than the Italian firms (rumoured to be about 15 to 20 percent more than the Italian consultants), but instead of taking 24 to 36 months to deliver, they finished in 18.
If looks are all that couint, they did one helluva job. And quickly.
did u guys notice something similar between this fiat bravo, Citroen C-Crosser and Peugeot 4007? look at the side of the headlamps… they look identical… almost the same as the new s-class headlamp… :S

————————————————————–
i would say its justa TREND ,not identical,
if identical ,i would straight away say its a copy,
no la…the front was derived frm its sibling…the grande punto and influences frm maserati…
Thanks for the veiw guys!,
i htink the design of head light is very trendy,
the reason i said TREND because , look at the 2007 jag xkr, lotus europa. some BM's. …….. having soft somewhat oval(or twin oval) gently sharpened it with some angle to complete the shape. this is a todays trend.
who knows whats the style next? just wait for the trend setter,….normally the pininfarina, giugairo, gandini, sacco or who ever the so called automotive designer start first
and….as what we always know, the japs normally follow from the back (pinin-kepala)
*DROOL* :P~
