Renault Twingo Renaultsport 1.6L with 133 horses

Renault Twingo Renaultsport

The latest Renault hatch to get the Renaultsport treatment is the Twingo. The full details on the Twingo Renaultsport will only be revealed at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show, but Renault has released a few photos of the car, together with a some information on what will power the car and how much power it makes.

A 1,598cc normally aspirated engine putting out 133 horsepower together with finely balanced handling and the general zippiness of a short wheelbase hatchback is a formula that’s hard to go wrong with!

One more rear view photo after the jump.

mohdjiman, its the “family design/look” that all car manufacturers practice with their model range. if you have seen the peugeot 107, 207 and 307.. they also all look alike.. likewise the ford fiesta, and ford focus…etc.

HARD TO FIND SPAREPARTS FOR RENAULT. I HAVE A FREIND WHO ONCE HAD ABROKEN MIRROR (KANGOO) HE ASKS ALMOST HALF OF THE POTONG SHOP IN KL… AFTER THE INCIDENT I REALISE WHY RENAULT IS SO CHEAP IN SECOND HAND VALUE.

    h2k,

renault sales are terrible in malaysia. why should the distributor take on more financial burden and risk by bring in more models that nobody wants to buy?

Savvy is just nice….just squeeze a turbocharger or supercharger…or 1.6 campro if you can into it. And make a 3 door sports version savvy. We really need MORE POWER out if a light small car
