    hyundai,

    it’s out, you can get the brochure of 407 CKD already (since quite long ago) from Peugeot 3S Glenmarie. There’s also the 308 GT “Feline” with 175HP 240nm Torque, estimated RM148K! The 206 GTi OTR is already selling at RM153K previously, and now this is 308 GT, which is higher end, more features, specs, etc.

    The 308 Premium is estimated RM138K, will come with the Prince engine developed by PSA Group & BMW, it’ll have 150HP 240nm Torque. If you search up the net, you’ll find out how good this engine is. It has BMW’s valvetronic technology, to put it simple, it has best of both worlds. The MAX torque comes as early as 1,400RPM ALL THE WAY up to 4,000RPM consistenly. It also have much better FC, lower CO2 emissions, etc.

    So far, only don’t have details on the 308 “CKD” low end version (estimated 90K++), and also no info on the 207 yet. Perhaps the 207 will be replacing the 206, so it might be delayed.

    Old = 206 Bestari
    New = 207 Best-Kari?

    Andy214, are you sure of the pricing? Glad if you can scan the price list & upload it so that we can see them.

    Its impossible to find new C-segment continental car under RM150K. The others (especially TC-Euro Renault) charged astronomical & crazy sky-high prices.

    MyviKiller,

    I asked someone from there why not rebadge back Bestari as 206. They can’t do that because back then Naza was not the franchise holder for Peugeot. They too want to change it back to Peugeot since now they have taken the franchise for Peugeot and also the sales “could” be better and no need for the extra badges.

    The future Peugeot CKD will all be under Peugeot brand since now they have officially taken over the franchise of Peugeot in Malaysia.

    normaluser,

    Finally, someone who is NOT blind and aware!!! Now you see why it is ridiculous when someone say the 206 is expensive or other Peugeot/Ford in Malaysia comparing against what is the market price for other makes, import tax+duty, exchange rates, etc.
