Nissan will be adding another Nissan Livina variant in the China market, called the Nissan Livina C-Gear. It’s essentially a jacked up Livina with a SUV-style bodykit to make it look more attractive and less MPV-like. In the interior, a sportier colour scheme matches the more rugged outlook. The predominant colour will be black, with silver trim.
After China, the next stop for the Nissan Livina C-Gear will be Indonesia, where it will be known as the Nissan Livina X-Gear.

It looks weird. The tall-and-long side profile & puny wheels doesnt give the Livina a rugged SUV look. The height is 3-4 times the diameter of the tyres. It still looks like an MPV.
The grille is nice tho.

haahaha, nissan is coming with 1001 permutations of the Livina in China, i wonder will these alternatives Livinas make it to SEA shores???

The above version most likely the short wheel base version or the 5 seater version. Think that our Malaysia version (7-seater) will look funny as a jacked-up version. Seen the 5 seater version in Indonesia. Looks kind of a Nissan Version of Renault Megane hatchback.

Nissan Livina = 5 seater MPV
Nissan ‘Grand’ Livina = 7 seater.
so this one is the 5 seater Nissan Livina, not the one we have here which is the Grand 7 seater.

this is probably going to be the replacement for the xtrail.. Still .. nice enough for me to consider buying if its 20,000 cheaper than the crv.

headlamp looks a bit like honda CRV.
