Honda produced this advertisement for the Honda FCX Clarity, playing on the fact that the Clarity only emits pure water instead of the usual harmful exhaust smoke that every other car sends into the atmosphere.

I’m sure alot of you have watched this video pitting an F1 car driven by David Coulthard against a Mercedes Benz E50 and a Mercedes Benz A160 on a race track, it’s one of the more popular car-related videos on the internet.
Now before you say it is not a fair race, the A160 and the E50 actually got a big head start, but the Formula 1 car still managed to catch up in the end.
The A160 isn’t exactly the fastest thing on the road, and the E50 while having a large displacement isn’t meant to be a track weapon. This video brings the stakes closer together, pitting Coulthard in an F1 car once again against Mercedes-Benz cars.
This time the cars are the Mercedes Benz C200K Coupe, the Mercedes Benz SL55 AMG, and the Mercedes Benz CLK DTM.

The Suzuki X-HEAD Concept looks like it could be one of the Constructicons from an upcoming Transformers Movie sequel, and Suzuki has given the concept SUV decent off-road and load carrying capacity.
The rear bed can be configured a few ways. One configuration holds a unit called the Camper, which provides sleeping space for 2 adults. The other is called Fashion – I’m not exactly sure what this is but Suzuki says it “provides stylish urban mobility” – I think it’s nothing more than some sort of stylish cover for the rear. Finally, there is Rescue, which includes basic excavator capabilities.
Of course, the rear bed can also be left like a normal pickup bed, which is the version you see in these live photos. There is a little scrambler bike loaded at the back.

We previously saw a series of videos on the BMW 1-Series called the “Have You Seen It?” series, but that’s not the end of interesting videos on the BMW 1-Series from Munich. This series is from the 1tensity website and it focuses on the 1 Coupe instead.
They’re all really short and don’t offer a storyline of any form, but if you generally like the 1-Series especially the 135i Coupe, you’d want to watch it anyway. But the Have You Seen It series are definitely alot better.

You could say BMW has a thing for films – the company created a series of short films called The Hire back in 2001 and 2002 starring Clive Owen as The Driver, who luckily gets to drive BMW models such as the Z4 and the M5. For a local touch, they decided to have a short film competition earlier this year called BMW Shorties.
Now, fans of BMW short films can watch this new 3-episode series starring the BMW 1-Series called “Have You Seen It?” Watch the 3 episodes after the jump (about 5 minutes each), and also find a link to watch them on the original site.

Fifth Gear has an interesting take on how to compare the few economical superminis that they have in their market – how much can the little engines in them actually take? The superminis compared are the Hyundai Amica (known as the Atos here in Malaysia), the Proton Savvy, and some little unidentifiable car that seems more like a golf cart with a roof over it. DaimlerChrysler Malaysia has put up a teaser site for the new W204 Mercedes Benz C-Class called C-For-Yourself. Apparently some showrooms already have a W204 on display. There is one on display at Cycle’s Mutiara Damansara showroom tonight at 7pm, and it will be on display at Cycle’s showroom on the Federal Highway on Saturday.
Features highlighted on the teaser site include Agility Control which automatically controls the two-mode suspension system, and the 7G-Tronic 7-speed automatic. There is also an optional dynamic handling package which lets you switch between a sporty or comfort suspension setup at a touch of a button. The sporty mode also modifies accelerator response and gear change time.
This should mean the W204 will be launched pretty soon, as from what I hear journalists have already gone on a media preview test drive (I did not get to go but you will be able to read about the car here one way or another somehow 
)and there have been a few units of the W204 spotted in Glenmerie recently.

Audi has released a promotional video clip for it’s scorcher of a sports estate, the Audi RS6 Avant. The new RS6 Avant is powered by a Lamborghini-derived 5.2 litre V10 that is twin turbocharged to put out 580 horsepower, although that number is said to be an understated conservative figure and actual output is rumoured to be much more than that.
