This is the Audi TT 2.0 TFSI Black Edition, which is currently being offered in limited numbers for RM317,400 (on-the-road without insurance) with a five-year/unlimited mileage warranty (first offered with the A4). This particular Black Edition is on display at Euromobil’s Audi showroom in Glenmarie, and is painted in Vegas Yellow, which is one of three body colours available, along with Mythos Black and Tango Red.
So, what do you get for the RM30,500 premium over a standard TT 2.0 TFSI? For starters, there’s a set of 19-inch Audi Sport cast aluminium wheels in a five-spoke blade design with gloss black accents, which are wrapped with 245/35 profile tyres.
The Black Edition comes as standard with the S line package (sharper front bumper, sportier side sills, rear diffuser, S line steering wheel and S line gear knob) and a 680 watt, 12-speaker, 14-channel Bang & Olufsen sound system (standard on the TTS). All these items are optional extras on a regular TT.
The Black Edition also gains LED headlights (replacing the xenons), Audi exclusive black styling package (black highlights on the front grille and bumpers) and a reverse camera.
Beyond those items, the car retains the same equipment as a regular TT 2.0 TFSI including a MMI Radio with MMI Touch infotainment system, Audi virtual cockpit, Alcantara/leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control and two-tone interior with contrasting stitching.
Power is provided by a 2.0 litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine rated at 230 hp and 370 Nm, which is paired with a six-speed S tronic dual-clutch gearbox driving the front wheels. As before, the top speed is limited to 250 km/h, while the century sprint time is clocked at 5.9 seconds.

Interior
Isnt that the standard colour?
Tyres are black
try ti improve your English. Black does not mean colour here
Oh do point out whats so special about this car that they have to name it Black Edition.
Front wheel drive or Quattro?
Yes. It is front wheel drive.
FWD. Quattro only for the TTS in Malaysia
No mention/badge of Quattro but the writer mention this black edition has the standard 2.0 TFSi means its Front wheel drive.
Thats just the engine.
Black edition…….but YELLOW color
I’m guessing the NEW Black is YELLOW for this TT.
Slightly disappointing. Can clearly see the reason to choose A4 Avant black edition over standard, but this TT Black Edition doesnt even come with diamond upholstery or sunroof. Just buy the standard one and upgrade with aftermarket alloys and rear camera.
