What if you find more issues during diagnostics?
We pause and call you with a written quote. Nothing extra is done without your approval, and you can decline the additional repairs.
Why is only the brake service priced up-front?
Brake service is a defined scope (fluid change + caliper / drum clean), so we can publish a fixed price by car category. Other repairs depend on what we find during diagnostics — parts, labour hours and severity vary, so it's only fair to quote after we've inspected the car.
Do you handle European / continental cars?
Yes — Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen, Peugeot and more. Tell us the model when booking so we can prep the right tools and parts.
How often should I service my brakes?
Brake fluid is generally recommended every 2 years or 40,000km, whichever comes first. If you notice a soft pedal, longer stopping distance, or squealing, bring the car in sooner.
Will the warranty void my insurance / extended warranty?
No. Our work uses OEM-spec parts and is fully documented, so it doesn't affect your insurance or any active manufacturer / extended warranty.
