Electric vehicles are the present, and future of motoring, and QHV technicians are vital in keeping Mercedes-Benz EQs in tip-top condition. The programme kicks off with the important basics – service maintenance tasks, routine maintenance and basic repairs – before apprentices progress into specialising in EV maintenance, repair and diagnosis.

Why Mercedes-Benz? The Stuttgart carmaker has a strong track record in training and nurturing young talents in after sales. Since the inception of its vocational training programme in 1984, Mercedes-Benz has trained over 1,000 qualified technicians, all with full scholarship, before deploying talents throughout the Mercedes-Benz service network.

Now, Mercedes-Benz is inviting young and enthusiastic Malaysians to build a career with the company via AMA, which combines three years of training plus four years of guaranteed employment. The special programme under the National Dual Training System (NDTS) is run in collaboration with Department of Skills Development (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources.

If you’re interested to learn from the best, AMA is accepting applications from now till May 31, 2025.
