Surveys seem to be the in-thing at the moment, with the road transport department (JPJ) conducting a customer survey on how the JPJ digital service system can be improved to be more user-friendly and effective.
The survey seeks to establish how often respondents use JPJ counter services in a year as well as whether they engage via the digital side of things, be it through the MyJPJ application, JPJeBid system or online portal, as well as the services they utilise the most (driving licence/road tax renewal, vehicle registration etc).
The questionnaire also looks to determine users’ level of trust in the system and in performing transactions and payment online, among other things. So, if you’ve been wanting to let the department know what you think of its digitalisation efforts so far, here’s the chance to offer your feedback.
The survey form can be accessed here or via the QR code in the image above.
