Located at Bandar Puteri, Ingress Auto Puchong joins the list as a 4S centre, built with BMW’s latest showroom corporate identity in mind. The showroom, which is now fully operational comes equipped with a total of 8 service bays with the capability of processing more than 10 cars a day.
The 35,000 sq. ft. facility is able able to work on MINIs and has a BMW Fast Lane service which is able to complete selected service and repairs within 2 hours. It also has a BMW Approved Bodyshop, one of only two in the country, with high-technology equipment and well-trained personnel to carry out more extensive repair as well as paint work.
Ingress Auto Puchong also carries a BMW lifestyle and merchandise section as well as the Isetta Bar featuring freshly brewed Italian coffee as well as a wide variety of cakes and pastries, for you to enjoy while signing the deposit cheque or when you drop by to get your car serviced :)

I was initially glad that Ingress opened the BMW 4S centre in Puchong as I live in USJ area and thought it’ll be much more convenient than having to go to Sg Penchala for servicing or troubleshooting my BMW 3 Series. However after finding out that the branch only do repairs on Mondays to Wednesdays and do not provide courtesy cars, I’m quite perplexed why the level of service here is inferior to Sg Penchala. Having a newer bigger showroom with state-of-art equipment is useless without adequate personnel to serve clients. I suppose I still have to make my trips to Sg Penchala…
