ANIH Berhad, the concessionaire for the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK) and East Coast Expressway Phase 1 (LPT 1), has announced that the furthermost lane at the Gambang toll plaza (in the direction heading towards Gambang) will be temporarily closed for two days in order for surface repair work to be carried out.
The lane, which is meant for heavy vehicles, will be closed from 8 am on September 6. The remaining four toll lanes at the plaze in the direction towards Gambang, as well as the three lanes in the direction of the LPT, will not be affected.
During the period, highway users – especially drivers of heavy vehicles – have been asked to comply with traffic directions at the toll plaza to ensure a smooth flow of traffic as well as the safety of other road users.
