Audi has updated the fuel filler design for diesel models of the Audi A4, Audi A5 and Audi Q5. They’ve been updated to incorporate contact points that open an internal fuel flap to allow fuel to flow into the tank only when the larger diesel pump nozzle applies pressure on them. Smaller diameter petrol nozzles do not make contact, ensuring that the filler flap remains closed to prevent access to the fuel tank.
This is of course of no relation to us at all at this point because Euromobil have not brought in any diesel model Audi at this point of time. The only two marques who have passenger diesel vehicles in Malaysia is BMW with their range of diesel models and Ford with their Focus TDCi. Well, technically the Renault Kangoo is a passenger diesel of sorts too.

I’ve the Renault Kangoo 1.5DCi and the fuel inlet is the same as the petrol counterpart.
Chances of owners filling the wrong fuel is rare because this model is sold as commercial only.
I love the low end torque for this van. Managed to hit 175kph from Seremban to KL when it was 3 months old and overtook a modified Satria GTi on straights.
Can’t wait to see the owner’s facial expression when a van loaded to 5 workers and 150kg of tools overtook him.

Why ppl these days are so into over-speeding and wanted to see the other car’s driver face when being over took??? Is that show off??
YOu know what I like to see?? I want to see the face of a speed demon’s face after his car all wrecked, mangled up in a lamp post….if possible when he is still trapped in his car……
So, speed some more for those with a car that can do 180, 190, 200kph…………the next thing you may be speeding is speeding in an ambulance to the emergency unit….

do you think our diesel well not give problem to the ford tdci engine in a long run, look at our diesel i have no confidence to buy diesel cars as long our diesel like mud.
over time this will kill the engine. correct me if i am wrong
It is sad to see Malaysian diesel car buyers paying for latest technology but get detuned cars because of our not up to par diesel fuels. Should the government wake up to higher quality diesel, can these engines be easily retuned to maximise its potentials? Or should diesel enthusiats wait before buying?
