Ford 3S centre opens in Seremban

Sime Darby Auto Connexion has announced the opening of a new Ford 3S Centre in Seremban. Located along Jalan Rasah and operated by Trio Mantap, the facility includes a showroom, service centre and spare parts department.

The centre features a five-vehicle showroom, and has a lounge with free Wi-Fi, TV and other guest amenities. The service centre, which is open six days a week, houses the latest Ford diagnostic tools and is staffed by Ford-trained technicians.

With the opening of the new Seremban facility, Ford now has 44 network points nationwide that offer both sales and service. It’s also Trio Mantap’s fourth outlet in the country.

  • Went there. Service is crap. Want to replace spark plugs, air filter and wiper at 50k km, but they insisted I pay first since have not reached 60k km. Argued for half hour, asked them to call HQ. HQ said OK. WTH? Not enuf training? But parts not available… Manager promised to call once stock arrives… now 2 months still waiting.

      Who asked you to buy Ford?? Buy P1 better, can get parts from next door car parts shop.

      • You are missing the point… Its not the brand that is bad but the franchise holder in Malaysia that is crappy – Sime Darby.

    Ford must improve quality of after sales service here in Malaysia and monitor the franchise holders to maintain the standards.

    I hope by the time the newer models come next year or so the quality of the after sales will have been improved.

    I hope Ford Malaysia seriously look into after sales quality as their brand is suffering.

    Have to monitor the franchise holders to ensure the standards are maintained. Good cars but bad after sales makes people think twice about buying.

    I hope by the time the newer models like the Mondeo comes in the quality of the after sales would have improved.

    My name is Pang Kok Leong and you shoul dbe able to find my detail in your sevice center.
    I think is time that I share with you good news you needed to hear.

    How and why?
    2 year ago I needed a first Ranger service, it is already the 6th months and mileage is only 5000+
    I called to Puchong service center but I don feel comfortable and convinced,
    all I hear is a total amount of money I need to bring.
    Since I am from Seremban, my friend get me your outlet number, the very first person I spoke to,
    was Evon.

    Evon was so knowledgeable and advice me what I needed to know.
    I was filled with confident even before I came to yoru branch.
    after a few weeks I finally went there for the first time, welcome by Evon.
    She chosen a man name Thiru to service my car.

    Thiru is a very polite, and serious service expert.
    I came for my 2nd service too, is Thiru again.
    My ranger is smoother ever.
    3rd time, not bad too, a different man, not sure what he did,
    my car no more choke in the morning cold engine.
    All of my experience there is simply NICE.

    4th service for 2015 Chinese New year and I failed to made appointment with your branch,
    ended up in Puchong and it was a bad experience. they send 2 kids, 1 like form 5 another like primary school to service my car.
    it will take me pages to described. I met another ranger owner who shared with me his ranger problem ever since he send to Puchong.
    Now, for 6 months I suffer the same problem after visiting puchong branch,
    aircond chain sound, choking/coughing engine whenin gear 2, and a leaking pipe which I not yet discover.
    i can no longer take it, so I went to do my 5th service at yoru branch again finally.
    I share all my ranger issue with Thiru, Jason and Kumar and Evon and Janice was there.
    They gave me a good service and I left for a test drive, this time the orange light appear,
    Thiru and Jason came with me for a ride and they confirm is pipe leakage, and change it for me.

    You know what? I have to say this, when I go to your service center, I do not feel worry.
    Evon, Thiru, Kumar, and now new staff Janice and Jason and even the 2 sales man, they made me feel like a friend to them,
    I am not a rich man or VIP, but they treated me like brother.
