Four R&R stops along the North-South expressway and one on the Elite highway will be closed temporarily for maintenance. The closure which will happen periodically over of four days, starting from October 12 (today) to October 15. During the closure, stalls, kiosks and public facilities will not be available to the public, however petrol stations will operate as normal.
On October 12 (Monday), the R&R at the south-bound Juru Lay-by on the North-South Expressway situated at KM141.8 will be closed from 8 am to 5 pm.
As for October 13 (Tuesday), the south-bound Dengkil rest-stop area at KM24.3 on the Elite highway will close from 9 am to 5 pm, while the north-bound R&R at the Ayer Keroh Overhead Bridge Restaurant at KM210 on the North South Expressway will close from 9 am to 4 pm, on the same day.
The south-bound Machap rest-stop area at KM74.7 on the North-South Expressway will be closed on October 14 (Wednesday) from 9 am to 4 pm. Subsequently, on October 15 (Thursday) the north-bound Machap rest-stop area at KM74.6 will be closed from 9 am to 5pm.
