Henrik Fisker is having another go at it – the man behind Fisker Automotive has set up a new concern called Fisker Inc, and no surprises as to what path this one will take. The company aims to develop unique, high-performance, electric vehicles with new game-changing battery technology, and says its first product, a premium offering, will be out by the second half of next year.
The company claims the debut vehicle will be the most stunning, innovative and futuristic electric car in the world. With game-changing battery technology, it will boast the world’s longest electric operating range of any production vehicle on the road, at nearly 650 km.
Fisker has begun teasing the vehicle, with the first image from last week being a side sihouette shot showing off the car’s front and rear butterfly door design, and the latest teaser shot highlights the front end. The new car – which will have a carbon-fibre/aluminium structure and feature the company’s self-developed batteries – is set to be revealed later this week.
The company says it’s not going to be a one-trick pony; plans are afoot to being out a mass-market vehicle with a long electric range, and costing less than its competitors. If it all works out, sounds like good karma.

Wish Henrik all the best. That he beat Elon Musk to bring out the first mass produced electric car is a huge accomplishment in itself
