Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) together with authorised dealer, BR Jaya, has launched the new Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Batu Pahat, Johor. The facility is part of a total investment of RM11 million in the southern region, and represents the first Autohaus in Johor among five authorised dealer networks in the area.
The 22,373 square feet Mercedes-Benz BR Jaya Autohaus is fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), and is imbued with the automaker’s latest corporate identity. With the ability to host 10 showrooms vehicles, the Autohaus also features a full-fledged 3S facility, capability of servicing up to 160 vehicles a month.
To enhance its service to customers, the Autohaus also offers the “Door to Door Zero Mileage Car Carrier Service,” whereby vehicles are collected from customers’ homes and brought to the Mercedes-Benz BR Jaya Service Centre at Batu Pahat via a flatbed truck for servicing or repairs. Upon completion, the vehicles are then returned to the customers’ door step once again.
