VW ‘Sedanza’ campaign – up to RM15k off, from 0.28%

The Malaysian carbuyer is spoilt for choice these days. Not only are the options wider than ever, there are plenty of deals to be had. This time, it’s Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) focusing on its locally assembled sedan range comprising the Vento, Jetta and Passat.

The “Volkswagen Sedanza” campaign, as it’s called, combines great deals in the form of low interest rates (from 0.28%), maintenance (five years free), and the good old cash rebate, which goes up to RM15,000. Which model gets what? See the list below for a clearer picture.

The sedan-focused campaign runs from now till December 31, 2017.

Nothing special, nothing attractive. VW original OTR price should be 10k~20k lower, its now a balance check to current pricing considered mark-up. Only if 30k~40k discount then would be considered REAL discount- an honest deal.

More like, dry clutch gearbox clearance sale. Very obvious why Passat 1.8 (dry-clutch) gets upto 15k and not a single Sen for the Passat 2.0 (wet clutch).

wrong. that was the previous Polo Sedan with 1.6 NA engine and 6 speed torque converter automatic transmission.

Vento is using the same combo with Polo hatch – 1.2 TSI and 7 speed DSG (dry)

  • The Vento 1.6 don’t even have VSC and at best 4 airbags across the entire range. Even the 1.2 TSI version have only projector lamp and no DRL. It’s 2017 mate!

    • I thought so too but i was wrong with the 1.2. It comes with reflector led headlamp and daytime running light. I just went and check. Good looking car! If they offer low interest too.. i will buy..
