If you’re planning to get yourself a brand new Kia, now is the time. Naza Kia and its Power Deals is giving customers the chance to own a new car, for less. What’s more, it’s coupled with a three-year/60,000 km free maintenance service. To note, rebates being offered are up to RM12,000.

Considering owning a Picanto (automatic only, we might add, as we hear the manual variant has just sold out) and one will receive a rebate of RM6,000, whereas the Kia Rio comes with a RM2,500 rebate. The Cerato is available with two offers – opt for the 1.6 litre variant, and customers will get RM4,500 off, while RM8,888 worth of savings can be had for the 2.0 litre model. The base KX variant is conspicuously missing.

Additionally, the Sportage 4WD is now being offered with a rebate of RM5,000, while the Optima K5 sedan comes with a RM10,000 rebate. The highest of them all, would have to be the Kia Sorento, of which RM12,000 worth of savings is now on the table for the taking.

As mentioned, all vehicles come with a three-year/60,000 km free maintenance service (whichever comes first) that covers parts and labour. Moreover, Naza Kia is also giving an additional RM3,000 trade-in rebate (only applicable for non-current Kia models) on top of the trade-in value as well as the current rebates listed.

“The Power Deals Campaign go hand-in-hand in providing the best value for customers in terms of price and amazing offers. The campaign benefits both current and potential Kia customers who are looking to own a new Kia,” said group COO Datuk Samson Anand George.

Used Camry quoted at rm54000 by usedcar dealer; salemman tells you the dealer only quotes rm48000.
    Trade-in rebate rm4000.

Do you have friends who sell vehicles?

Wait for 12% clean discounts especially for models which are outdated (new versions are available outside Malaysia).

Although Kia cars are okay, 1 thing to watch for is their extended warranty.

They wanted to charge Rm200 processing fee for each claim under the extended warranty program. There was no such thing in the contract or any correspondence when I bought the car. it seems like its something conjured out of thin air when I wanted to claim.

A very unprofessional conduct if you ask me.

    • It’s true that policy existed back then. During the days of the earlier Kia Forte. IIRC its fine printed in the extended warranty cover letter. You may wanna have a read on that

trust me absorbers are not covered beyond 70,000km. so to offer 5 years unlimited mileage is a little deceiving, i must say.

    • Since it’s the end of the year, they are clearing stocks. Toyota , Honda etc also doing this. As usual your post seems to be a recycle one. Please…initially I thought Japanese cars can hold value until a friend of mine sold his car of 4 years and did not get what he expected.

Nobody will be satisfied with the price they receive when they sell their used car. But they do sell with the amount they get for the Japanese cars.

Kimchi, VW and Peugeot owners will feel it and try not to sell because the price is way too low and heart attack on the depreciation they suffer.

    Wait, dont buy…

    Hold our purchase…

Dont let them turn the decresing trend of TIV…

If we hold a bit longer, price will drop more.

When the buying stop, the killing can too…
When we work together, we can win this..

KIA hv the Worst cars ever. Terrible drive. Horrible fuel consumption. And lastly awful resale value.

I jump from a Cerato to a Civic and the Civic is leapyears ahead of the stupid Cerato.

  • Why support the AP king?

Their Margin is so high and afford to drop further. Sonata in Korea is selling around RM 70K.
