Something as simple and established as two-way traffic should be a very understandable concept for all drivers, but yet again Malaysians continue to flout the rules. Case in point here – a Peugeot 208 has been spotted driving against traffic on the Grand Saga highway.
Here, the red Gallic hatch was sighted going on the opposing fast lane at a fair clip, only slowing down when encountering oncoming traffic. It’s hard to not flinch at watching something so irresponsible and dangerous, one which could very well have caused a serious accident.
Amazingly, this is not the first (Perodua Viva), second (Myvi) or even the third time (Toyota Corolla Altis) we’ve seen this type of lunacy on Malaysian roads. Yet again, the why and what behind this incident is totally beyond us. Did the driver miss an exit, or is it just a silly daredevil move?

The driver thought it’s a contra flow lane which are normally available at Grand Saga highway during peak hours.
At this point I’m starting to think they’re doing this on purpose to get their 15 mins of fame. Next thing you know a Ferrari starts to do the same.
