Doubtless many of you will be lining up to catch Avengers: Endgame, arriving in cinemas April 24. As the final instalment of the Avengers saga, it’s bound to stir up a whirlwind of emotions, but thankfully there’s still room for a few laughs – as this Audi ad for the film shows.
The video stars the latest addition to the Avengers team, Captain Marvel, decades after she made her onscreen debut in her eponymous film. Here, Carol Danvers – played by Brie Larson – is briefed on the situation on planet Earth in the years following her disappearance, including the remaining Avengers, the “war” on gluten and even the trend of posting your food on social media before eating it.
Danvers is then brought to see one of the Avengers’ fleet vehicles, the all-electric Audi e-tron. Before taking it out for a spin, the car needs to be charged – or so her minder thinks. With a quick jolt of power from Danvers’ hand, the SUV is brought to full capacity, and she immediately goes on a drive with her cat, Goose.
The e-tron is Ingolstadt’s first production electric vehicle, powered by twin motors developing a total system output of 355 hp and 561 Nm of torque. These motors are juiced by a 95 kWh battery that provide a quoted range of over 400 km, and while you won’t achieve a full charge anywhere near as quick as Danvers, a 150 kW fast charging station will net you 80% charge in just 30 minutes.
It’s not just the e-tron that will be making an appearance on the big screen next week – Endgame will also showcase the e-tron GT concept as part of Audi’s longstanding partnership with Marvel Studios.

Captain, speed limit is…what??? Cant hear it really well
i turned on caption just for that part.
“captain, speed limits are still a thing”
Ohh boy just feel the adrenaline rush, that’s sweeet for Audi to release an advertisement at this time while MCU fans awaits eagerly for the grand saga to conclude..
When X50 comes, it will be Endgame for Anuz. Hahahaha!
So the ad is telling us…. that to make EV viable, we must first have Captain Marvel powers to quickly charge up the car, or else we will just make do with waiting for the car while it’s charging.
Makes perfect sense not to go EV then, since not many of us have Captain Marvel powers.
yes, without power of Captain Marvel, the EV is useless.. it is so weak tech.
LOL. Just plug it in overnight everyday and you’re good to go. Or you don’t sleep to wait your car for full charge?
Our Perodua company is like “Thanos”. Only one snap of a finger, half of Proton sales disappear. Proven how good our second national carmaker is and we must be proud!
So Proton is the good guys and Perodua is the bad guy? Makes me want to support Proton even if I was never interested.
I’ve done my part for the good guys. Go Avengers! Go Proton! Defeat the evil!
So basically,
Proton = good
Perodua = evil
Err, did our Sales & Marketing made a goof up again?
