Audi在上个月确认将在我国开始组装该品牌旗下的车款，而首款在本地组装（CKD）的Audi新车就是Q7，如今CKD版本的Q7已在我国正式开放接受新车预订，一名来自Audi Centre Glenmarie的销售员日前已在社交媒体平台上宣称开始接单。
根据这名销售员分享的消息，CKD版本的Audi Q7在本地的预估价介于48万到53万令吉之间，这似乎刚好解释了为何Volkswagen Touareg会在今年1月宣布大幅降价7万令吉，因为Touareg与Q7都是共用集团的MLB Evo模组化底盘，如今Touareg的售价从RM384,972起，刚好可以和Audi Q7拉开一个比较明显的差价。

如果48万到53万的预估价最终成真的话，那这意味着即将发表的CKD版Audi Q7将比之前进口的版本来得更为便宜，之前第二代小改款前的Audi Q7在我国的正式售价达到RM599,900，并得以在价格上与另两个德系对手即BMW X5 xDrive50e（要价49.5万）和Mercedes-Benz GLE 450（要价52.5万）一争高下。
如今的Audi Q7发展到第二代小改款的车型，它是一款七人座SUV，在大部份国家都是主打插电式混合动力（PHEV）版本，搭载一具3.0L V6涡轮增压汽油引擎，拥有340PS马力和500Nm扭力，搭配ZF提供的八速自排（8AT）变速箱以及quattro全时四驱系统。
