The DRB-HICOM Autofest 2015 will be upon us soon, from November 6 to 8 at the EON Complex in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Now in its fourth edition, the event will feature automotive conglomerate DRB-HICOM’s large portfolio of automotive brands.
Great deals and special discounts are to be had for Proton, Lotus, Volkswagen, Audi, Honda, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Modenas, Can-Am Spyder, Tata and Jeep, which will all showcase their own wares and models for all to see and experience.
The Group’s non-motor and services brands will also be present at the event, including Puspakom, Pos Malaysia, International College of Automotive (ICAM), Glenmarie Properties, MASA and AVIS. Essentially, there will be something for everyone.
Among the deals available are: RM1,000 discount for all Isuzu orders, 0% interest on Volkswagen Golf, Jetta and Tiguan, plus value-added offers on the Beetle Bug Edition and Jetta SE, as well as various free maintenance packages for Tata’s commercial vehicles.
Lotus, meanwhile, will offer a three-year factory warranty, two-year service maintenance, one Lotus Driving Academy pass, Aquilly glass coating and more with the purchase of a new car. In the meantime, AVIS will have a 30% discount on all rental bookings until the end of June, 2016.
Last but certainly not least, there will be car auctions (more than 200 Proton vehicles, at 11am and 3pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday) plus lucky draws at the event, with a brand new Proton Iriz and two Modenas bikes to be won! The draw will happen at 6pm on Sunday, November 8.
A selection of food trucks will be present throughout the three-day event, and there will be performances by Caliph Buskers (Saturday), No Noise Percussion (Saturday) and Elecoldxhot (all three days) to boot.
