Besides new models and concepts, next month’s Frankfurt show will also see the birth of a new automotive brand. Eterniti Motors (EM) is a London based company that aims to build bespoke luxury vehicles with hand crafted interiors. Its first model, a luxury SUV crossover that’s likely to be called ‘Hemera’, will be shown at Frankfurt.
Expected to carry a price tag of around £150,000, Eterniti’s SUV will be joined later by a similar effort by Aston Martin as well as an upcoming Bentley SUV. As the first to market in 2012, EM wants to sell more than 100 units per year, and is counting on demand from emerging markets. The chassis and powertrain won’t be self developed, but it’s not known from where they will be procured from.
Already, there are plans to expand the range, and a supercar is the next step. Unlike the SUV, the mega bucks supercar will be a bespoke, ground-up design. Eterniti is open to collaborate with other carmakers.
Registered in England, Eterniti Motors is backed by a group of international investors, and the team is claimed to be experienced with luxury cars. Their identities will be revealed as we get closer to Frankfurt, stay tuned!

” …….. and is counting on demand from emerging markets.”
Good luck Eterniti Motor, you can count on few units selling in Bodohland to AP King and cronies. Please send in your saleman to close few sales with these filthy rich enjoying super lifestyle with 4 wives and unending supply of gravy train under NAP/P1, and “best of all” are supported by P1 freak and blind supporters who are so craptriotically buy these shitty cars like worship white blood princess.
Smell like perfume
With most if not all British motoring icons now in foreign ownership (e.g. Lotus, MINI), it is a bewildering piece of news indeed. At best, Eterniti takes on Aston as a rival, at worst it is yet another Ariel, Morgan or Bristol. 100 units a year number suggests EM could only be a very exclusive niche player in the uber-rich market segment.
I thought the brand name was already taken up by Proton, coz d last time i bought a Proton car (Waja) I had to wait for an eternity … (seemed like that anyway). Jgn mara ar …
why they use my perfume’s name?
HUMMER + PANAMERA =HEMERA.
I thought it was Infinity at first..
It looks like a slightly squashy Veloster floating in the air.
They are new, so their crossover is a cross between what and what???
