There is no 2026-specific model change for the Mercedes-Benz AMG C-Class in Malaysia. The W206 AMG range carries on unchanged with two sedans: the C43 4Matic and the C63 S E Performance F1 Edition. The current generation arrived in 2024, following the wider W206 C-Class line, and the range remains centred on electrified petrol AMG powertrains with wet dual-clutch automatic gearboxes.

Which variant to buy
Most buyers should start with the C43 4Matic at RM443,888. It already gets 4Matic all-wheel drive, five seats, a 1,999 cc petrol-hybrid powertrain and 402 hp. The C63 S E Performance F1 Edition costs RM958,888, so the RM515,000 gap buys the higher 469 hp output, plug-in hybrid layout and F1 Edition billing. Pay more only if you specifically want the flagship C63 S E Performance; on paper, the C43 is the more sensible AMG C-Class.

The AMG C-Class sits at the expensive end of the compact executive sedan class. The C43 already costs more than a BMW 3 Series M from RM388,800 and a BMW i4 M50 from RM430,800, while the C63 S E Performance F1 Edition goes beyond the RM837,800 upper end of the listed rival spread. What you get is the W206 C-Class base with AMG outputs and electrified petrol hardware. This is not a value play.
