Verdict

The S5’s core numbers are straightforward: a 62 kWh battery, 446 km WLTP claim and rear-wheel drive in a five-seat B-segment SUV. At RM117,528, it costs more than the Perodua QV-E, Seres 3 and BYD Atto 2. It sits RM2,272 below the Aion Y Plus, so the final call rests heavily on the Lux kit and whether its rear-drive layout matters to you.
