R3 Preview at Dreamcars Asia 2005

Proton’s Motorsports Division RaceRallyResearch will be showing a preview of the complete line of R3 cars at Dreamcars Asia this 7th July to 10th July at the New KL Convention Center.

The Proton Gen2 R3 prototype will be there, as well as the Proton Savvy R3 Concept.

Aftermarket R3 parts and merchandise will also be on show.

Go and check them out! They will be in hall 1, between Amprex and Armkread, opposite Netstar.

Kleemann
will also be there with their modified Mercedes Benz cars.

Where: KL Convention Center
When: 5-10PM Thursday 7th July, 10AM-10PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8th to 10th July.

    Tested the Satria R3…I must say good handling, adquate power, quite comfortable ride even though it sits on sports suspensions, you must try conering with this car-very little body roll and the sound is cool when accelerating. In 4th gear the car easily overtakes other cars. One thing I'm not certain is that the temperature rises higher than other cars.

    Hmm I'm waiting to see what the new Satria can do, I wanna see if the 1.8 Turbo rumour is for real or not, that should be a sweet ride.
