Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia is having the Mitsubishi 4X4 Experience Nationwide Tour 2013 from now till December. Ipoh was the first stop last weekend, and this weekend, the tour will be at Desa Parkcity’s Waterfront in the Klang Valley. Admission is free.
The Mitsubishi 4X4 Experience Nationwide Tour will see the Triton VGT and Pajero Sport VGT through a special obstacle course which includes a giant ramp and side traverse.
Most will be impressed by the sharp angles these tough 4X4s can overcome – if you’re not an off-road kaki, do yourself a favour, get in the car and be impressed while scaring yourself. Once done, you’ll realise that most of these machines that live in the Peninsula aren’t being properly exercised.
Demos, fun and games aside, visitors who book any Mitsubishi vehicles during the tour will receive ‘special edition’ Ralliart sports water bottles. Those who sign up for test drives get a Mitsubishi merchandise, while stocks last.

Do so much promotion for what? the service with lousy and with double standards and will not care about you as a owner, I own a triton 2.5, last few days my car propeller shaft universal joint was broke, then i call Mitsubishi HQ asking about the spare parts, because i need it urgently, the reply from Mitsubishi Malaysia is : Our company will not entertained the car owner directly, the car owner must purchase a spare parts from service centre, my question is: my money is not a money for Mitsubishi Malaysia? I didnt ask for any discount, all is pay by ‘CASH’, then i call service dealer 1, it name Auto Pacifica at puchong about the parts, the answer is you need to change who propeller shaft with universal joint, we didnt sell part separately. then i called 2 service centre, is ingree motor at puchong, the answer is the universal joint is RM265+/-, but need to wait for two weeks, because we need to accumulate the parts order then we will order the parts.
My conclusion is : i dont trust this brand anymore, service centre 1, auto pacifica is like doing the chitting job from the owner, whole parts is more than RM1500++, but i only need 1 part is only RM265++, this service centre didnt told me the parts price and just dont border, i get the price from service centre 2, service centre 2, ingress motor, new service centre at puchong, the answer from them is hopeless, how can you told the customer need to wait for 2 weeks for parts? are you doing the business seriously? or just employed those without brian personal to served the customer, is a very sad day for me as a owner for this car call triton, i need to feed my vehicle with genuine part, but no one can provide me a parts, this is the way the Mitsubishi Malaysia to serve his customer, spend a lots of money for promotion, but at the end not even can provide a call genuine part for his customer, for my case the service centre 1 is more likely doing the cheating business more than genuine business.
