VIDEO: Bentley Bentayga interior previewed in teaser

Bentley’s first ever SUV is set to be unveiled before the end of the year, with sales beginning in 2016. When the Bentayga named was announced, Bentley released a video of the new SUV being put through its paces on sand dunes where we could hear the intoxicating growl of whatever engine’s under the hood.

Today we’re featuring a new teaser video that shows bits of the interior including the instrument panel with a huge multi-info display, some kind of terrain control knob integrated into an engine start button, the gear shifter, and a colour heads up display. Everything looks absolutely opulent, as expected.

Probably the most standout thing in the video is that they’re going to use a touch-sensitive button…as the engine push start button. hmm…wonder how that’s going to turn out.

For a non-sportscar ultraluxurious brand, the buyers will likely to be perfectionist or near to that.
Normally this group of people buy because of desire.
They would want to have everything, eventhough they do not need or use those stuff. Therefore for a high riding SUV from Bentley, they would expect something close to Range Rover’s ability, eventhough they do not cross small river or travel into jungle using it.
Similarly, many sportscar/supercar owners do not or seldom drive > 110 km/h, and they do not floor the pedals when the lights start to turn green.
