Bentley has previewed its new drop-top through a series of design sketches of its Mulsanne Convertible Concept.
Despite the fact that it hasn’t been yet been paraded in the metal, the company isn’t coy about the car, already stating that it will be the “world’s most elegant and sophisticated convertible,” appealing to automotive connoisseurs seeking the ultimate in contemporary design, prestige and exclusivity.
No details have been divulged on the two-door, but the car should wear the same powertrain that equips the flagship Mulsanne sedan, in this case the L410HT, the 6.75 litre 90-degree V8 mill with 505 hp and 1,020 Nm.
Design-wise, the drawings reveal a sleeker looking profile than the four-door. The company says that luxurious, high-performance powerboats inspire the spacious yet intimate cabin, which will of course contain the usual Bentley spread of sumptuous materials, refinement and painstaking attention to detail.

GREAT…
Bentley is one class higher.
But buying an S-class or X6 is a safer decision, because of confidence on aftersales, especially Mercedes.
