Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
they can expand all they want but BMW Malaysia is still the ONLY car company in the world that give e mere useless 2 year warranty on their cars. All other companies, even Proton and Perodua are giving 5 years. Even their long term direct competitor Mercedes is now giving 4 years.
Something to ponder and think why?
If you own an insurance company, do you dare insure a BMW car?? Ur bound to bankrup the next day if u do so. BMW itself are scared of their own car. 2 years warranty they are sweating..just imagine. I bought a new F series. In 1 year I send in 4 times. Problem not solved from day 1.
Why bother. No point having more centre with bad and non compromising service. Anyone notice how much marketting BMW malaysia is doin?? They are dying. Sold my F30 due to frustration from their poor after sales service. Before sales they will promise you the world… Beware people..You will regret..
we only have Auto Bavaria and/or Regas Premium Auto, the authorised BMW dealers in the east.
Good to have more after sales support around the country but like the comments above mentioned countless times, BMW Malaysia needs to offer at least 3 years of warranty to its customers. If UMW Toyota can do it, why not BMW?
However, it is a fact the BMW top-ed the Mal JD Power Aftersales Service Satisfaction Index not once, not twice but consistently the last 3 years.
