Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced a flood relief programme for customers affected by the recent flood tragedy, joining a list of other car brands that have also done the same.
A 30% discount will be offered to customers whose vehicles have experienced flood damage, which includes both parts and labour. Customers are urged to send their affected vehicles to the nearest official Volkswagen service centre, and the programme is ongoing from now until February 28, 2018.
“Our customers up in Penang affected by this disaster are already struggling to cope with the loss or damage of their homes and belongings, so we hope our contribution will provide some respite and relieve their burden, said Erik Winter, managing director of VPCM.
“On behalf of VPCM, we would like to offer our thoughts and prayers to them and all affected residents through this difficult period,” he added.

TQVM to VPCM. Bravo & Kudos. That is a sure way of gaining confidence from your customers. Remember, a single customer say a good word is better than 10 salesman talk.
DSG issues still not addressed yet. In 2017, still got so many DSG breakdowns despite fanboys saying DSG was sorted out 5 years ago
