Honda Malaysia has introduced the ‘Sprint to the Suzuka Circuit’ campaign, which aims to reward customers who purchase and register their FK8 Honda Civic Type R between April and June 2018.
In total, there will be ten lucky winners who will each receive two business class flight tickets to Japan with accommodation for five days and four nights, two tickets to watch the 2018 Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix and official Honda merchandise, all worth up to RM30,000.
To participate, customers need to purchase and register a Civic Type R within the campaign period (April to June 2018), fill up a form and creatively answer two short questions at any of the 20 Honda Sport Dealers in the country.
The latest Civic Type R was one of the most exciting launches in Malaysia last year, with the front-wheel drive king of the ‘Ring making its local debut in November 2017. Priced at RM320,000 OTR without insurance, the model comes fully imported (CBU) from Swindon, United Kingdom.
Under the bonnet is a 2.0 litre turbocharged four-cylinder VTEC engine with 310 PS and 400 Nm of torque, all of which goes to the front wheels via a good old fashioned six-speed manual transmission. The Civic Type R will complete the century sprint in just 5.7 seconds before hitting a top speed of 272 km/h.

Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
Oh since this is Buatan England, why not sponsor to UK Silverstone GP instead, and can visit the factory where it was born?
Those who bought the car earlier not able to participate wth Honda….
Pity those who bought early or the pioneer….
oh cannot sell. dated aging stock all from 2017 stuck. no 2018 available.
if can afford type R, RM30k to go japan is peanuts.
might as well spent RM30k x 10 times to go japan 10 times ^^
Might as well ask 30k discount. Japan can go later.
Btw, buying this car doesn’t guarantee you a win in the contest. I rather take the money and get a grey import Focus RS
