The Honda City Hatchback recently made its launch debut in Thailand, where it is available in three variants (S+, SV and RS) priced from 599,000 baht to 749,000 baht (RM80,536 to RM100,703). As with other models sold in the country, Honda Thailand has prepared a range of Modulo accessories for customers who want to dress up their purchase further.
The example you see here is a dressed-up version of the mid-range SV, which sports front and rear bumper extenders, side skirts and Modulo 15-inch wheels – these can also be paired with blue or red decorative stickers.
Other items fitted include a rear spoiler garnish, door handle protectors, door visors and decorative gills for the front fender. For the boot, there’s an add-on panel to protect the loading area from damage while inserting cargo, along with a boot tray.
The City Hatchback line-up is powered by the same engine used by its sedan sibling, with a 1.0 litre (998 cc) VTEC Turbo three-cylinder delivering 122 PS at 5,500 rpm and 173 Nm of torque from 2,000 to 4,500 rpm. The mill, which works with E20 gasahol, is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that drives the front wheels.
In its range-topping RS form, the City Hatchback is equipped with black body parts, a rear diffuser element, 16-inch wheels, combination suede/fabric/leather seats, paddle shifters, cruise control, Honda Connect telematics, single-zone automatic air-conditioning, a rear arm rest, eight speakers, six airbags, Vehicle Stability Assist, Hill Start Assist, ABS, EBD and Isofix child seat anchors.
So, what do you think of the City Hatchback with Modulo goodies on it? With rumours suggesting that the fourth-gen Jazz won’t be coming to Malaysia, the shortened City could be the model that we’ll get instead. If true, the local City range will have two body styles, matching others in the B-segment like the Toyota Vios and Yaris, as well as the Mazda 2.

I hope that everyone including haters, honda fanboys, Ben Yap, SMF with his few dupes, Sam Loo and Kunta and newme, will show more respect and not fighting against each other with chaos. We need to stop from now onwards for hatred all sort of other brands. It is not good for health to all. As we could see that majority readers felt very hurtful when reading all other brands here in this blog that these comments are getting more full of toxic like going against Toyota, going against X50, going against City and etc. We were very disappointed in the article about X50 has launched since Oct 27 (https://paultan.org/2020/10/27/proton-x50-suv-launched-rm79200-to-rm103300/) and until now, as these fans from proton and honda are actually fighting cats and dogs. Similar goes to Perodua fans and proton fans as well. And also could see that all sorts of japanese fanboys like toyota, honda are also fighting each other.
I was sorry that I have admitted that it is my mistake that going against any other brands, it is all wrong but not only me, we should knew that these honda fanboys including Ben Yap and SMF have their faults too for going against proton and other brands too, also coming out with City posting ad. By right, honda Malaysia should take our big lesson for following what other brands like toyota, proton, Perodua, Nissan has did when posting any new car launching advertisement. Similar goes to perodua fans including Kunta and newme as well, who keeping on against proton too much as well. As well as toyota fanboys like Sam Loo and honda fanboys like Ben Yap and SMF with his few dupes and newme for keeping on fighting each other for non-stop. We felt that it is too much.
But yes, we can still allowed to give our opinions, it is our rights, which is freedom of speech but as long as when comes to writing our comments here, to ensure that come out with correct facts, no trash talking for every articles for every car brands including proton, perodua, honda, toyota and hyundai and kia as well as also no complaining about aftersales service, quality and designing for all brands including toyota and proton for upcoming articles to prevent hurting for the readers and forcing them to buy one brand only. And now let’s all Evernote to be reunited to every car brands including proton, toyota, honda, perodua.

Still look bad as most cheap cars nowadays. Why they can no longer produce well-porportioned and balanced design? Cars used to look good enough even with 13in wheel back then. Nowadays even with 16in a car hardly look as good as a Wira or Saga back then. Even the likes of BMW and Merc those days look stunning enough on 15in. Myvi or Iriz or Jazz or Yaris look good as hatchback but when they make sedans like Bezza, Persona, City and Yaris, omg what is happening with car design nowadays.
